Rare rediscovery

Hidden among archival pieces from the late 1950's, Model 59 is finally a part of the iconic Niels Otto Møller classic collection. Crafted from solid wood and shaped with the same sculptural language that defines N.O. Møller's designs, the sofa bench has been re-engineered from the original deign and is handcrafted according to the traditions upon which the company was built, creating a piece that feels both familiar and entirely new.

Designer

Niels Otto Møller was a renowned Danish designer known for his influential dining chairs, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship and elegance. Born in 1920 in Aarhus, he founded J.L. Møller Møbelfabrik in 1944, gaining international acclaim in the 1950s. Møller combined traditional craftsmanship with systematic production until his death in 1982. Today, he is celebrated as a master of Danish design whose work continues to inspire.
