Designer

Jørgen Henrik Møller, born in 1948 in Aarhus, Denmark, was a key figure in the evolution of the Møller furniture brand. After studying cabinet-making and architecture, he designed the iconic 404, 401, and 402 chairs, which became globally recognized. In the 1970s, Jørgen expanded the brand internationally, promoting Møller in North America and Canada. Following the passing of his brother Jens Ole in 1994, he became Managing Director and guided the company through a challenging period, while preserving production in Denmark.
